Job Details:

A large Food manufacturing concern in Cape Town and a leader in their field with world-class facilities is looking for a Trade Tested Fitter at a min N4 Mechanical Engineering level. This is an opportunity for a candidate with the ability to operate in an automated plant with excellent fault finding abilities on conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics as well as ovens and packaging machines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Trade Tested Fitter - with 3 years post trade experience gained in a Food manufacturing environment
• Min N4 Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years experience in an automated, fast-moving production environment
• The ability to work shifts
• Proven experience gained on fast-moving production machines
• Excellent Mechanical skills with a solid maths and language ability
• Ability to work within and the team as well as without constant supervision.
