Job Description

· Running company social media advertising campaigns

· Redesign and transfer ATL graphics to web-based platforms; optimized for social media

· Monitoring the company's brand on social media

· Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers

· Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement

· Update and manage website

· Responding to comments on each of our platforms

· Overseeing customer service provided via social media

· Co-ordinate email sends & SMSs to a growing list of our users and leads

· Compile, analyse and report on weekly competitor, market and comparative research

· Prepare for and attend photoshoots

· General marketing admin duties

Key Requirements

· Related Degree or Diploma

· 1 – 2 years experience in a Social Media Marketing function pref in Fashion and E-Comm Retail

· Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, YouTube or other relevant programs

· Understanding of SEO, analytics and reporting (Hootsuite, Twitter and Facebook Analytics, Google AdWords)

· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns on social media and websites

· Valid Driver's Licence and own transport essential

· A positive attitude towards tight deadlines and needs to work well under extreme pressure

· Solutions-driven team-player

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Professional, hard-working and have an eager-to-learn attitude

· Keen interest in fashion/retail

· Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

· Strong interpersonal and time management skills

· Solid administration and organisational skills

· Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
